Ok, that was a pretty bad song to get stuck in your head. I have had issues with Fergie & Justin Timberlake songs playing out in my head during long runs - and its never the whole song ... its like bits and pieces of them. And if I try to remember the whole song, I just cant. Bizzare what our mids will do during these runs, huh?

Awesome race, but duuuude, that sucks about the song. A few weeks ago, I broke my "no headphones while running" rule because I had the "bananaphone" song stuck in my head, and I was NOT going to listen to that shit for an hour while running.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you this week - whatever it is, it sounds exciting!
