Sometimes numbers speak for themselves...
I'm quite shocked at the results, but I'm pretty sure I killed it. And I can't help but wonder how it would've gone if I were feeling 100%.
Although I have no idea how in the hell I'm supposed to get faster than that for the next test.

Nice job on the swim! I hope you are feeling better? Saw your post on BT in the CDA '10 thread. Yah, I was considering Madison and I think that will be my 2nd race. I have some tri friends that are signing up for CDA and I couldn't resist the option of having some other locals to train with. So, yah, I think I'm in. ;)
