Cathy, aka "the sleepy sister" has signed on for a half marathon!
And I have proof!
...today, we bought her running shoes! It was quite exciting! When the guy at Fleet Feet asked how much running she was planning on doing, she laughed. It was a priceless experience.
But here she is, showing off her new kicks...a shiny new pair of asics!
Don't worry, she bought herself a pair of running socks...
So there ya have it. I did what I was told would be impossible to do. I convinced Cathy to do the half marathon with us. So the Berry Ladies will be tackling the Palm Springs Half together.
...and to think...all it took was a creative barter!! A barter which will be revealed at a much later time. ;)
