If you're running the Chicago Marathon (or if you're a Chicago-area RBFer), listen up!
Here are the details of this year's 27th Mile, post marathon celebration!!
Who? YOU!
What? The 27th Mile Celebration...RBF Meet Up...Post-Race Celebration
When? Sunday. 10/7 at 6:30
Where? Garrett Ripley
Why? Because you just ran 26.2 miles, want to meet some RBFers, will need a drink, and can unload your tales of blisters and trots and walls to people who actually understand :)
Please feel free to post these details on your blog to spread the word. The first round of evites went out today, so please let me know if you still need the evite (*cough lisa cough*). Either post it in the comments section here or shoot me an email at barbsmarathon AT gmail.com. Be sure to RSVP so I can let the owner know how much space to save for us.

Drats! I don't think I'll be able to make it, since I must leave the evening after the race. I have a big test on the following Monday.
Thanks, though....if anything changes, you'll be the first to know.
I just have to consult the hubby and will RSVP shortly! But, I think we'll be in!

1st off, let me say that I would LOVE to be there. Unfortunately, I don't think that I'll be able to squeeze it in and be at the airport on time.
BUT, I haven't responded to the evite because I want to have all of my information first.
Denise really wants us to go, but Shea & I may be too tired after our Brazilian meat dinner. Put me down as a maybe.

Would love to come, but I am a big "maybe". Heading back to the lovely land of China to continue my assignment on Monday morning. 6:30 start is a bit late for my schedule.
I'm in the maybe category as well. I'll need to see if the in-laws have anything planned that night, but I should know by Thursday or so.
