Oh no! I hate that when that happens.
Denise...having to have maintenance come to your hotel door at 2 in the morning to UNHINGE the door isn't something that just "happens."
It was a debacle. A big, loud, 45 minute, messy debacle in the wee hours in the morning.
If it had been simple enough as getting a new key made...no biggie. But the fact that the door had to be undrilled is a whole new ballgame.
Undrilling of doors...not so much a common sight.
Ah man! That stinks! Hope it got fixed ok!
Now, why didn't this hotel have a passkey?
