Look at it this way: if it rains all week this week, it'll get it out of its system before Marathon day :-)
With your new super human speed as proven during Saturday's 5K, you can outrun the cold rain during the marathon! :)
63 degrees sounds like a good temp.
63ยบ can be considered too warm by many runners.Just remember, the high temp isn't until mid afternoon. Meaning at start time upper 40s will be more like it.
ack! SNOW?! ALREADY?!
The one thing we have no control over. That and kids, co-workers, muscle cramps.......
It's just getting it out of it's system. I'm looking forward to 50 and party sunny. Perfect.
I know, that nasty little s word is in our forecast for tomorrow too. Say it ain't so.
Ah man, lets all just collectively pray...
Barb, we got the damn snow (do I sound thrilled?) today..and then was gone, but the cold temps stayed...boohoo! I feel your pain.
Yep, get all the snow and general weather crapiness out of the way NOW!

You already have everything you need to be a long-distance athlete. It's mind-set, not miles, that separates those who do from those who dream.
