Boo hiss.
Well shit.
Getting up at 6 to run only works if you remember to set your alarm. I went to bed early last night only to rise by Mike's alarm. When I realized what happened, it was definitely too late to head out.
The intention was there. I swear!!
Let's hope I can pull a morning run off tomorrow. :sigh:

rj, are you a native of Chicago?
my training partner Roman (www.everymantriathlete.com) and his wife are from Chicago (well Barb's native, Roman via Prague).
they're heading to Chicago this year for the Chicago Tri.
You just aren't having any good luck lately, are you?!?!
Some higher power (Jesus, Elvis, who knows?) wanted you to sleep in that day.
You probably needed the rest.
And now you'll be fully charged for your next run!
P.S. Please e-mail your mailing address once more so I can get you my CD's tomorrow. I've been so hectic lately that I lost your address.

Thanks!
I often "convienently" forget to set my alarm for mornign runs. I'm not cut out for the AM.
Don't boo hiss yourself.I always intend to run in the morning during the weekdays. So far, I'm 0 for 1,421.
HAHA...I'm the same way with morning runs...something always keeps me away from them. Whether it is me pushing snooze or the alarm not being set...I'm always missing them and having to do them after work! :) I feel your pain!
It happens to the best of us. No worries.
Funny, I meant to swim today, but it was raining, and for me rain equals Sominex or whatever sleep drug, so it didn't happen.
Just caught up on your blog and crappy lump situation. Am sending good vibes to you, sister.
Barb, at least you tried. I give you for that.
No worries, Babe! It's all good!
Hope you are well rested. You can rebound. I look forward to your Wednesday morning run report.
