Welcome to Running Jayhawk's Blog!

And the moral of today's story is...

Well campers...you have to remember to set your alarm for the right time if you want to do your long run with the group.

I, am officially, an idiot.

Eight miler to be made up tonight or tomorrow morning.

Stay tuned.

Oh no! I hope you get your run done today. Do what I do to get up: Set THREE alarm clocks to go off within a minute of each other. Guaranteed to wake you up.

looks like you had fun in Kansas. I have a nemesis in my alarm clock also. Perhaps we should give each other wake up calls? :)

Hope you are able to fit in your run later!

I realize I don't know you,but I just have to tell you that I admire you for being a long distance runner and for being a Jayhawker. Being a ksu grad, I admire and look up to KU as the superior school overall. I converted to the light and there is no going back, see link below. Please feel free to post my link to your site if you want to show Jayhawkers there is at least one instance in which a Wildcat has come to his senses. :)

Learning to master the alarm is tricky, but learning to master time is even trickier.

Sorry I missed the get-together, by the way.

excuse zone: My Saturday 10 miler really kicked my ass, and I also had friends in from out of town.  By the time Sunday night came along I really just needed a 3 mile recovery run and an early bedtime.  I promise I'll try to make the next one.
