The Great RBF Music Exchange?
Okay campers...
I've read an abnormal amount of posts lately regarding songs to run to and what folks are listening to on the trails these days...which got me to thinking...
We should have an RBF "music exchange" of sorts. Everyone makes a CD of their favorite songs to run to and it gets traded with a fellow runner. You'll expand your music library, figure out what other folks are listening to and find new tunes to keep your motor running. Even if you don't run to music or don't have an mp3 player, you're still welcome to participate.
...if there's enough interest I'm more than willing to coordinate. Just post and tell me if you'd be interested in participating (all you have to do is send a CD with your favorite running songs and a self-addressed stamped padded envelope).
Soooo...who's game?

I would definitely like to do this. I usually end up listening to the same ol' tired playlist run after run so it would be great to get some fresh music on the player.
I'll Play, isn't there a system that would work perfect for this. I remember some strange book exchange for children. I will talk to Amy about how that works....
I'm in!
Sounds like fun. Count me in!
This could be interesting... I just hope to god that someone who loooooooooves country doesn't end up sending me a cd. :)
O.K. i'll play
hope someone likes BNL,REM & Bruuuuce
i'm so game!! hells yeah.
You Chicago kids think you're so darn special with your closeness and networking. Booo I say, boooo! Ok, I'll admit it, I'm just jealous.
Wait...is it just a Chicago thing? But you know what's funny? I was thinking of this first, I just didn't voice it. (WHAAA!!!) No...I'm game. Just let me know what I need to do.
It's for one and all. Josh doesn't know what he's talking about...
I want to play!
I shall play but I will be probably forwarding Tom's music because that is what is on my ipod

Jayhawk, Please send me your address to music@pugpaw.com and I'll prepare a padded envelope.
ooh ooh! this sounds like fun! i'm in :))
I want to play too! :)
Awesome idea! I'm game, just give me the details. Where to send CD, etc. Are we putting the music on the CD's in mp3 format? This is going to be so much fun. I'm interested to see what other people listen to.
Sure, I'm in too. We should probably hash out details like format, and maybe people could list genres they love and/or hate - so that the country fan doesn't send one to Mouse.
Thanks for showing me some encouragement :) How's your ankle doing? better i hope :)
Fun!!! Great idea, count me in!
