About Me
You already have everything you need to be a long-distance athlete. It's mind-set, not miles, that separates those who do from those who dream.
- I hate you, Charlie.
- Thoughts on Goals.
- Kick Off...and a movie.
- Rain, Rain, Go Away...
- ...Everything in its Right Place...
- Not everything in Kansas is Flat.
- My Date with Dave.
- Simple Happiness.
- I stand firm at ten dollars...
- Shin Splits and Flexors and Overpronation--OH MY!

I am so in love.
that's awesome...it would be nice though if it was just something that you could attach to your laces (or at least an option like this) so that runners that don't wear nikes can still use it....I guess that's the point though right.
Gooo gooo ga ga, scaaaweeet. I do love my Garmin though and honestly, I only run to music about half the time or less. Those guys are pretty smart however.
I want one.
No, two. I want two. Just because.
I need one of those things. Maybe you can direct me a good brand etc...
It's incredibly kewl. I'm not going to go running out and buy either an iPod or Nikes, since I am quite happy with my current shoes and mp3 player, but I'll bet that you see something similar on the market from other manufacturers within a year or so.
