THIS JUST IN!!
It is a very good Friday indeed.
My brother and his wife just received their referral today for their little girl (referral is an adoption term for when you find out who it is you'll be adopting). Our family COULDN'T be happier! I'm literally running around with my head cut off at work unable to concentrate! She's 3-4 years old and they'll be traveling to Ethiopia next month to bring her home. The two of them have wanted a little girl so badly...and I know their three boys will be excited to have a sister.
I don't know how they'd feel about me posting her picture or fully story on here, so sit tight until I get the "go ahead." But I can say, she is one beautiful little girl with the most stunning eyes!
And if the day couldn't get any better...the boss is letting us out at 3. WOO HOO!

That's great news! Congrats to the whole family.
She is one lucky girl. I'm proud to be adopted. You don't know how happy her life will be, with you all as her family.
Again I say that's the best thing that ever happened in my life. My family is the light of my life!

That's so awesome! Both of my brother's kids are adopted and it's a very exciting call to receive!!
